8th & 9th March - Senior Interpros in Galway
Best of luck to Louise, Rachel, Mark, & Phillip who are travelling to the Senior Interpros in Galway

Louise's Report

Four members of the Beech Hill Club were chosen to represent Munster at the Senior Inter-pros, which were held in Galway this year.

Mark White and Rachel O' Connor represented the Senior team. Both players played very well but failed to beat Ulster and Leinster but had a well deserved win over Connaught beating them 6-4 with Rachel beating Orla Folan in a close 5 set match.

Philip Shaw played on the vet's team. Philip was on form over the weekend but unfortunately they failed to beat the other provinces, his team coming in 4th place.

Louise Long, another Beech Hill member played on the under 21 team where she won all her matches. Munster had a tough final against Connaught but won the gold medal for Munster for the third consecutive year.

To end the weekend a dinner and disco was held for all players and medals were awarded to every player. Mark White did an aerobics class on the dance floor getting all players fit enough to win all 3 titles next year!

1. St Angela's 1st Years
