Players physical conditioning should be done outside of normal training. Talk to the coaches for advice

9:45am to 12noon by invitation

Changing Room Facilities
Please note that players are instructed to use the changing rooms. Changing into playing gear and glueing not permitted in the halls. Also if you bring food/drink DO NOT leave the container/wrapper behind you. There is a rubbish bin in the hall, please use it.

The National Coach, Colum Slevin, is anxious to see players train 4 times per week. To provide for those of you who wish to do so, the training schedule has been rearranged. Saturday training available to players on request. Just let me know the previous Thursday if you want to train on Saturday.

Please note the following:
1. There is no training on the Saturday and Monday of Bank Holidays weekend, unless you are specifically told otherwise.
2. There is no training on the Saturday of a Munster or Irish Junior event. see Calendar of Events.
3. Training times over holiday periods will be posted here.

A message from the Club Coaches:

The start time listed above is the time which warm-up begins. This means you must be in the hall at least 5 minutes before this. If you are going to be late please let one of the Coaches know. You are advised to train in the gear you use at tournaments. The is little point in training in tracksuit legs and ordinary runners when you play in shorts and table tennis shoes.

No Aerosol cans or Glue to be used in the hall. No chewing gum allowed during training. You are expected to assist in putting away equipment and ensuring that the halls and changing facilities are clean and tidy.
